I don’t think it was or is idolization that drives artists or anyone to *******. The reasons are too complex and personal.
As for jumping on bandwagons, let them have a ride, they may be richer for the journey. Most will catch the next train but a few may stay and I hope will be welcomed by the most sincere fans I have had the pleasure to share my life with.

I think sometimes when someone like Nick goes into places in our hearts and minds we feel we must guard him from the over exposure or ridicule from those who do not understand sensitive connection we have with Nicks music. But the more important thing is his art might awaking something in someone else who might inspire the world in their own way. So enjoy the ride any newbies out there!

well a heard the books song first on “Dark was the Night” album and thought it was good, then realised it was a cover, thats how i ended up here.
